The goal of PTF is to build friendships and create a strong, Christ-centered community by providing activities, events and speakers throughout the year which benefit our school and our families.
Prayer Ministry
Covering everything in prayer keeps us Christ-centered and enables us to do all the things we do at the school. We encourage you to actively participate in our Prayer Ministry by submitting your prayer needs via email as well as attending the Prayer Meetings which are hosted by our Prayer Group Leader. Room Parent Meeting

Learn all about being a room parent and receive important information about how to plan the year with ease. This is a mandatory meeting for all those who want to be Room Parents from Kindergarten through 6th grade.

Plan on bringing your family to one of the biggest family events of the year! “Under the Big Top” is a big backyard picnic. There will be game booths, bouncers, great food and lots of fun! You won’t want to miss it!
Christmas Breakfast

Everyone is invited to join us for breakfast to celebrate the Christmas season. Breakfast will be served by our 6th Grade students in our auditorium which will be transformed by beautiful Christmas decorations. This is a wonderful time to spend with other PCS families during this special time of year.
“For Kids Only” Christmas Store

Open during the Christmas Breakfast, the “For Kids Only” store, is a great opportunity for our children to experience the joy of giving by shopping for parents and other family members on their own. Adults working in the store will be available to help your children choose appropriate gifts from a huge assortment of items for everyone on their list. If they miss Saturday, they have the opportunity to shop on Monday during school hours but the best selection is on Saturday.
Book Fair

Our annual Book Fair is a fun and educational way to support our school and library. During the Book Fair there will be a wide variety of books and toys for purchase. You also have the opportunity to buy books for your children’s classroom. A portion of these sales will be given to the school library.
Family Night @ the Book Fair

Join us for dinner, books, entertainment and ice cream at this great family event. Kick off the evening with In-N-Out, head to the auditorium to browse the book selections, be entertained by Kingdom Kids and top it off with ice cream in the pergola. It’s a fun night you don’t want to miss!

PTF hosts a lunch for the teachers and staff of the Preschool, Elementary and Jr. High at the end of the first three quarters. It is our small way to say thank you to them for all their hard work and dedication.
