Tuition Assistance

At Pasadena Christian School, tuition assistance is awarded across TK-8th grade levels and is a confidential and thoughtful process.  Families interested in applying for tuition assistance will need to complete an online application with FAST-ISM.  The application process for tuition assistance starts on November 1, 2020 for the 2021-2022 school year (link below).

Tuition assistance is not automatically renewed.  In order to be considered for the program, you must reapply each year by completing an application with FAST.  For questions regarding tuition assistance, please contact Magda Zarifian in the PCS Business Office at (626)-773-7905 ex.225.

Based on the financial information you provide to FAST, the PCS Tuition Assistance Committee determines the amount of assistance to award based on an impartial analysis of your finances, consideration to special circumstances, and the amount of funding available.

For currently enrolled PCS families, please use the link below starting November 1, 2020, to apply for tuition assistance for the 2021-2022 school year.  

For prospective families, proceed to the link below after you receive confirmation that your online admissions application has been received.  To be considered for tuition assistance, please check the box on the admission's application indicating your interest in tuition assistance.

PCS Tuition Assistance Guidelines:

  • Incomplete FAST applications will not be reviewed by the Tuition Assistance Committee.
  • It is the parents' responsibility to ensure that all documents are submitted to FAST.
  • Returning applicants must maintain a current status on the 2020-2021 family account.
  • PCS reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify financial circumstances.
  • Applications for tuition assistance will be accepted, and awards granted based on available funding.
  • Earlier applicants will have an advantage to available funding.

FAST Online Applications:

A non-refundable application fee of $45 is payable online with a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. The application fee will be billed to your card under the name of “Independent School Management (ISM)”, the company which provides the FAST application service. On the application please use your name as it appears on your tax return. The process is self-guided. You can partially complete the application and go back at another time if you are unable to complete it in one sitting.  If you have any questions about the FAST application process, please call the FAST Call Center at 1-877-326- FAST (3278). They are available 24/7.

After completing your application, upload your tax return directly to FAST or mail copies of your required tax documents to the address below. Please do not send any originals and do not FAX or email the tax documents.
