Standardized Test Results

2017-2018

Our students have had another successful year at Pasadena Christian School!

Standardized testing for grades 3rd thru 8th is a snapshot in time of a student's overall progress.  It is a comparison score to the child's progress matched against the progress of students across the nation.  The Sanford 10 measures concepts, processes and skills taught throughout the nation.

Standardized  testing also provides information about the overall performance as a school and helps the school to evaluate the impact of curriculum and instruction.  We are delighted to see that our students score in the top 20 percent of the nation.  This means that as a group, our average student scores at or above the 80th percentile.  This represents the hard work of students, plus the support of teachers and parents in providing a strong environment in which to grow and learn.
